You may register for the conference here.
We are no longer accepting abstracts.
Conference fees
The registration fee must be paid by 15 May 2019.
Conference fee includes:
- Lunch and coffee breaks during the conference
- Ice-breaker reception
- Refreshments during the evening poster session
- Electronic conference booklet on a complimentary USB
Optional extra:
- Conference dinner at Oceanopolis on Thursday night – cost 55 Euros
Space is limited (only 400 people are able to attend so it is on a first-come-first-served basis)

Cancellation policy
Until 15 May 2019 - no cancellation fee charged.
16-31 May - 50% cancellation fee charged.
From 1 June - no refunds will be made.
